I had a wonderful experience with Anna yesterday! I went in looking for a dress that I had seen online. I didn't have an appointment but the sweet little grey haired lady at the podium gave me a tour and scheduled me for an appointment @ 5pm (it was 4pm at the time). She told me I could browse until it was time for me to be seen by a stylist.
