Awesome customer service! Great personal attention from mgr and Gabby. Great selection of dresses and accessories. I drove up the hour with no intention of finding anything, let alone buying. I was set on making it myself. I’ve got 3 weeks and have run out of time....my choice was not available nor my color preference. I didn’t even spend an hour there. Can’t thank Gabby enough for all her help. I’m still in shock. Thank you Jesus. 1 more thing off my to do list.

I love the fact that I went in and they took good care of me. So I had went to another bridal store and they were not very helpful at all it was called Bridal Impressions. That place was horrible no customer service and the person helping me was giving me old dresses and I pointing out dresses that I wanted and she said your BUT IS TO BIG and this dresses aren't in your size. the ladies are absolutely fabulous. will do anything and everything to make sure that your experience with them, your dress, and your big day are everything you ever dreamed of as a little girl.
I would highly recommend! They helped me with an issue I had with a dress so quickly and were so kind! So thankful for the sweet manager Lisa who made it simple and painless! I will definitely come back for any dress needs in the future!
good location, great selection for all sizes, amazing staff! I was very happy with my experience at David's bridal of novi. They were accommodating when I wasn't sure of what style I wanted and made me feel comfortable. While we were waiting for my consultant to crunch some numbers my mom was looking at mother of the bride dresses and found one she liked, Without even questioning it they let her try it on and buy it! All around great experience and so happy I found my dress!
