I went to David's Bridal yesterday to get help in choosing something as a mother of the groom. I was there as a walk-in without an appointment but the lady at the front desk was very friendly, had me sign in, directed me to the area that I could look for dresses while the assigned consultant could join me. When Rachel came to meet me she was very friendly and took me to a dressing room so I could try on the dresses I selected. Kristen was our sale rep and she was very helpful in finding the perfect bridemaid dress per the bride liken. We was in and out within thirty minutes because we was easy lol.

I had a great experience! Roberta was amazing- it was obvious as a bride I was a priority even though she was assisting other parties. She was sweet, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The manager and other staff were helpful and sweet as well, even though they weren't assisting me directly. When I picked the dress, many staff members came over and were genuinely happy for me!! Will be back for bridesmaids dresses, MOB dress, and flower girl! Thank you!

Kudos to our stylist! She had 4 bridesmaids looking for similar but different styles and for some it took a while to find the one they liked and she was super helpful the whole time, never making it feel like we were inconveniencing her! She was very chill and laid back but friendly. All our girls found dresses they loved at Davids bridal! My mom and I hesitantly went in one night in January. We had been to another salon in town and had a horrific experience and we had read the bad reviews. Went into the store scared...partly because I didn't know if I could afford a dress or find a style I would like. The moment I got there they were kind, open, and honest. Even the floor manager joined in the hunt for my perfect dress. I was almost in a dream when I actually found it and left that day with my dress in hand. Thank you to those that worked so hard to make this experience a one in a million experience!!
