She was very kind and I felt so comfortable with her! Her taste and expertise made it a very fun and comfortable experience. After having a terrible experience at a snobby wedding dress boutique in Lewisville, I chose this David's Bridal location to pick out my wedding dress. From the minute my daughter and I stepped into the store at 4:04 pm, the customer service was superb. The store manager, Casey, the Sales Consultant Marvetta, the cashier Liberty, and especially the alterations fitter (who I'm embarrassed to say, I don't know her name) were excellent in their customer service. Lori Quint was my stylist, I don't have enough wonderful things to say about my experience with her. She was fun, energetic and totally vibed off my personality. I truly don't think I would have found my dress without her. Absolutely amazing!
