RecommendedNoel helped me with my dress appointment! She looked at two dresses that I liked and was able to pick four more with the exact kind of neckline, lace, and embroidery that I would like! She was very kind and I felt so comfortable with her! Her taste and expertise made it a very fun and comfortable experience. After having a terrible experience at a snobby wedding dress boutique in Lewisville, I chose this David's Bridal location to pick out my wedding dress. I had no idea what to expect since it's such a popular store due to its lower prices, but in the end, I was so happy that I chose them for my special day. From the minute my daughter and I stepped into the store at 4:04 pm, the customer service was superb. The store manager, Casey, the Sales Consultant Marvetta, the cashier Liberty, and especially the alterations fitter (who I'm embarrassed to say, I don't know her name) were excellent in their customer service.
