I have been to David's Bridal 4 times now, and Robyn at the appointment desk has remembered me and assisted me each time. The first time I went to find my dress and the bridesmaids dresses, to pick their dresses, then to pick up mine and lastly I was there yesterday to get the last bridesmaid dress ordered! Unfortunately, the original dress is no longer available, but Linda K. assisted me and my bridesmaid in finding the perfect almost same dress in the correct color and right size!! Tragedy averted!! I met a rep at the Bridal Expo first, and he was so friendly and professional, I decided to make an appointment. I am almost 65 years old and have already had the luxurious wedding when I was young. I had a wonderful experience at the shop this past weekend. Although they seemed very busy, as a walk in I was given the opportunity to try on gowns. I have bought two gowns before at this shop, but the experiences then were nothing too great. But the Stylist/Consultant Cheyenne made my experience a 5/5. She was very kind and attentive. I had made an appointment for my bridesmaids and was not expecting to buy a dress for myself. I was only hoping to maybe at least get my measurements for my own use. The woman at the front was very adamant that I needed an appointment separate for myself to even "borrow" a tape measure to measure my waist and bust. How disappointing, I thought.
