EXTREMELY happy with the service my sister, Mom and I received today. We were helped by two great store managers: Trisha and Tia. They both helped with such focus and determination and had amazing patience with us. They did the most, from finding multiple sizes of dresses, offering different styles and taking their time to make us feel very welcome and made it an overall incredible experience. I was very recently asked to be in a bridal party, with the wedding date approaching in the next couple months. I knew the color would be tricky but tried on a few dresses. Unfortunately the 2 dresses I liked best wouldn't come in on time because of the color. The store manager Jeanette and my stylist Kristen completely saved the day finding me a dress I liked and could have in time! The process was quick and painless and I left extremely relieved. Savannah was excellent. I went in not planning on buying a dress and left after purchasing one. They were all helpful, not just the one assigned to me. Savannah was true to my style which may or may not have been hers-she never let me know. Talking with the seamstress was great and she suggested more reasonable ideas to accomplish my desires. We scheduled an appointment and we were forgotten about. We had to remind the front desk that we were here, waiting for an attendant. Once we had our attendant, she was great! She helped us find all the style of bridesmade dresses we were waiting for.
