I went for my alterations today and the woman who helped me was AMAZING!! She helped me, didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't want to and we were able to talk freely the whole time. I can't remember her name but it begins with an A and she's management. Highly recommend it. I got the front hemmed, the bustle clasped up neatly in three spots and bra cups put in for $280.

I had wonderful experience with Jackie and Fallon. I needed to do a full dress exchange for my bridesmaid dress, as it didn't fit when it came in. The store was exceptionally accommodating about the appointment time and the dress exchange, absolutely no hassle. On top of that, Fallon went above and beyond to help me find a bustier to wear under the dress, and make sure that I got one with the best fit, as well as shoes. My daughter had an appointment scheduled with Taylor for trying on prom dresses. She did such an amazing job. My daughter tried on about 10 dresses. Taylor made sure every dress fit perfectly. She attended to my daughter's every need. She even brought her heels and a strapless bra to make each dress feel appropriate. It was so much fun! Thanks Taylor!!
