I went in for my fitting and my bridal parties fitting yesterday and our consultant, Laverne was absolutely amazing! The dress I fell in love with wasn't going to be available in my size in time for my big day and she did everything she could and even called the corporate office to try to get me my dress and she succeeded! She was beyond helpful and bent over backwards for me. I can't sing enough praises about her work ethic and her sweetheart personality that just made it better. We went in without an appointment but were warmly greeted immediately. Jenni was my consultant and quickly picked out dresses, some I never though I would wear. I ended up selecting a dress I would have never picked for myself. Thank you Jenni for a fun experience.
Excellent! Courtney was assigned to helping me find the perfect wedding dress. She listened to what I liked, didn't like and was able to help narrow me down. In only 3 dresses I found the one! She took care to make sure me or my girls never felt rushed. She is also very personal and I loved getting to know her. When going back I will be requesting Courtney! Not to mention all the other staff were very friendly and all seemed to genuinely care about their clients!
It was a wonderful and exciting experience! Our consultant Anna was wonderful and made the day so special for my daughter. We found the most beautiful wedding dress. Thanks to all the wonderful people and a special thank you to Anna for your patience and professionalism!
Would have given 5 stars but one of my bridesmaid left her $25 coupon for her dress we received at the bridal show and manager would not do the courtesy of one adjustment after purchasing three dresses and 2 others that will be purchased. I've worked retail and given the fact her name and info was taking the day of bridal show they should have been able to look it up and apply. It's hard when your on a budget for a wedding and something little as this is passed on to your bridesmaids.
I had a wonderful first time visit at David's Bridal. My stylIstanbul Aljahra Lewis was fantastic. She picked up on my personality and helped me find the dress that was perfect for me. I went with thoughts of oh I am never gonna find the dress, but with her help I walked out of there with my perfect wedding dress.
Linda made a stressful day so great. I actually purchased the one dress she picked out. She has a great eye, if she's your stylist, trust her!!!! Thanks for the great experience!
