Had an amazing experience today. Nicole was great, very helpful and professional. Went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first outing shopping for my wedding dress. I wasn't even sure I was gonna find one my first time. But we did thanks to Nicole and the staff at David's. When I walked out of the dressing room and saw my sister start crying then my Matron of honor cry, I started crying too. Tears of joy. We all agreed that we found the right dress. Thank you so much. So excited for our special day.
Connie has sold me several bridesmaid dresses and each time she helps me find the perfect fit!
Pamela is absolutely the sweetest human being alive. I was nervous and eventually overly emotional. She allowed herself to be a part of the experience. I could not have asked for a better consultant. She also was our consultant when I returned this weekend to look at bridesmaid dresses and was even more amazing. Thank you Davids Bridal for having such an amazing staff member. It goes a long way!
I had two separate appointments at this location and was lucky enough to have Charity at my first and wanted her for my second. She was so adorable and sweet. She made me feel beautiful. I would recommend anyone to her! She is so sweet and will listen to you and do everything in her power to make you comfortable! She helped me say YES to my dress!!
Although I didn't get my dress from this David's Bridal (but the one in Clearwater)- I'll say they have hands down the best customer service. Samantha who helped me try my very first wedding dress ever was so wonderful. I've referred her to many friends. I took my Bridal party here for their dresses. I had an amazing experience at the Gainesville store. I found my dress immediately but still had an appointment somewhere else after them. They encouraged me to go to the other appointment so I would be sure. Then when I came back 2 hours later they completely went out of there way to let me try on the 2 dresses I couldn't pick between, even though they were packed with appointments and had to fit me in the alteration room to make room for me. It was a great experience and I couldn't have asked for more caring people.
