This was our second time to shop with an appointment at David's. The first was for a special event (looking for a ball gown) and the selection and service were disappointing. Today was for a wedding dress, MOB dress, bridesmaid and flower girl -- and it was great! Sarah was a fabulous help and was able to pull several "just right" gowns after a few minutes of consultation. The ladies here are awesome! I went in with my daughter looking for a wedding dress and they were able to help her in an efficient and friendly way. Nicky and Vicky were amazing ! These ladies made sure my daughter received the right size and didn't give up looking for the store that had it. By far the best customer service!

My daughter Ashley Justice was there 1/17 /17. We was told by several people not to waste our time going because we wouldn't have a pleasant experience. Needless to say we went anyway and had a wonderful experience. I'm sure the other ladies there are good but I highly recommend Nicole. She made Ashley feel comfortable and made her day very special. I tried on three dresses and found my dream dress. I went in with a budget and the sales person, Donna worked with me. She was awesome! I actually had to get a bigger size dress because it was a little snug on me after gaining some weight, but they exchanged it free of charge with no issues. I got SO many compliments on my dress and love how unique it was. I have never seen one like it!!!

Walked into David's Bridal in Westwood and was immediately welcomed. Linda then came over and introduced herself and explained she would assist us. Linda was amazing to work with, sharing her honest opinion and just made the experience so comfortable and pleasant. I would recommend David's Bridal to anyone shopping for dresses.

My overall experience was good. I only experienced a few hiccups with my appointment times. I would schedule my times and when I received the confirmation emails the times and dates were all different. Thankfully I would just reschedule in the email, but it was very annoying. Other than that, it was great. The ladies in alterations are amazing and super sweet. I would go back just for them!

I said yes to the dress today and it wouldn't have happened without my wonderful bridal consultant. I was her first bride and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! Her name was lexie and I would recommend her to anyone!
