This was the BEST experience I've ever had dress shopping. My first experience was at a local in my hometown. It was a total bust, and due to that it made me extremely nervous coming to Lubbock. However, Hannah F. was an ABSOLUTE doll, and made my experience amazing! She made me feel so beautiful about myself, and made my dream dress come true! Thanks to her, I FOUND MY DRESS!!!! If it wasn't for angel and his enthusiasm, I would have never found a dress. He wasn't my sales rep, Crystal was. She was nice but due to her being scheduled to two different brides at the same time, she was back and forth, and just not there for me. However, angel walked by as soon as I walked out and his face expression said it all. He honestly confirmed it was the one. I had many duds and was ready to give up!

I was with my Niece finding her wedding dress We had Besty and she was decent but I don't like the idea she was working with 2 people at the same time I think appointments should be made for one client to one consultant

Today was not a good day to go dress shopping, it was very busy and staff was stretched very thin. However David, who helped me when I thought I found the dress of my dreams several months ago, helped me again today and he was great!!! I found a great dress that wasn't outrageously priced and bought it right off the rack! Now...two months left before I get to rock it on a beach in Jamaica with my best friend becoming my husband!!!
