I personally had an amazing experience here!! I called completely last minute hoping for an appointment and not only did they fit me in their very busy schedule, Brenda was absolutely amazing! She was so busy but so tentative to me and my family and friends( I brought a lot of them too plus a baby!) it was the first time I met her but seemed like she knew me for years! Had an amazing bridal experience with Jasmine, who came highly recommended. She was sweet, enthusiastic, and totally patient. She was clearly busy but gave us the perfect amount of attention and space for comfort. I ended up finding a dress that made me happy-cry and got to ring the bell! Everytime I've worked with David's Bridal on Sawmill Road I've always had a good experience and great customer service. Recently this past week my bridesmaids and I went in to look at dresses and get an idea of what I wanted. We worked with Allison and she was so great. Two of my bridesmaid couldn't make the appointment so she offered to come in on her days off to help us out if those were the days they wanted to come in!
