For the most part our experience was good. The only reason I am giving a 3 is because our consultant kept disappearing. I noticed that she was working with another bride/bridal party. I am assuming that they were just short staffed but what is the point in making an appointment if you are just going to have to share your time? When our consultant was around she was very friendly and answered all of our questions. So my 3 is for upper management and not having the proper amount of staff on hand. A wonderful staff especially Lisa and Tara. They were helpful, accommodating, sincere and professional. They Had great input and attended to the bride and made her feel very special. They have a wide selection of dresses and they were helpful in selecting the right veil and other items to compliment the dress.
Several consultants have assisted me during my visits for my wedding. I have loved every appointment. They are all so sweet and accommodating. I was even pushed out of my comfort zone and found my perfect dress! My girls and myself will be looking amazing on May 19,2017. Thank you so much for your help!
