I had an appointment in the Johnson City, TN location this past Saturday. I got to work with Sarah to find my dress and she was wonderful. This was my first time ever trying on any wedding dresses and she helped me pull different silhouettes, styles, cuts, and whatever I needed to help me pick The Dress. Sarah was so nice and helpful to me as well as my mom and sister who were there too. We were helped by Jimmy & although, at first it was weird that a guy would be helping us...we actually loved him. I was there with 3 of my bridesmaids & my mother (mother of the bride) & my grandmother as well as both of my flower girls! We left with 4 out of 7 dresses! Awesome service!
Barby was amazing, I love her, she had great customer service! I would definitely have her help you, I was literally in and out and bought my dream dress!!! Yay Barby!!!!

I was highly impressed with their selection of dresses. I really didn't think I was going to buy a dress on my first visit, but I'm so happy I did. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. I felt like my stylist truly listened to me, and trust me I was all over the place with my selections. She even held the phone so I could skype with my mom. So happy! Would recommend this shop to any friend (just like my best friend had recommend alderwood to me). Wonderful shop, with wonderful ladies.

Ok this was probably the 7th bridal salon I went to and I am so glad that I did. The staff was fantastic! I am a special size and they brought out all of the alterations people to make sure they could accomidate the dress I chose. Sandra and Donna went above and beyond to make me feel special and they over delivered like I couldn't believe. I was so discouraged before I went to them and they truely made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world!
Today I picked up my dress in the Manhattan store. I dont have words to express how happy I am with Carmen alterations work. She was super nice and proffesional. I can say she knows exactly what to do to make the dress fit and look perfect.
The staff was truly helpful in finding my wedding dress, bridesmaid's dresses, mother of the bride and groom dresses. One experience I will never forget. They truly went above and beyond for my special a day I will always be greatful to David's Bridal for their hard work. Thank you.
