Ruth from alterations David's Bridal was simply amazing today! Patient, thoughtful and extraordinary! She made today so special.
The customer service was good. No waiting for our appointment. The alterations lady was kind and helpful. I just thought the price for alterations was really high. $150 to let out the hips a little and take up the shoulders!
Today was the day I said yes to the dress all thanks to their wonderful staff member Maryn. What a wonderful experience one that I will not forget. She was patient and kind and under stood my concerns about finding the right dress as well as being so accommodating to my aunt who was with us with a broken foot! It was such a pleasure to work with her!! I am more than excited about my dress!! Thank you Maryn!
Our experience here yesterday was absolutely amazing! Best experience I've ever had dress shopping! We were shopping for my dress, the bridesmaid dresses, and the mother of the bride dress, and our consultant was super helpful, and very friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, etc!
The experience was awesome! A little slow at first and the room that you try on dresses is small but the sales ladies were very patient and allowed you all the time you needed to make decisions! When my daughter found the "right" dress we all cried including our special assistant! Thank you for all your help. We will definitely recommend others!
My daughter was helped by a young lady named Heather, this was the second store we went to, our first was Warwick Rhode Island. Heather assisted my daughter 100%, brought dresses to her without her asking, added accessories and gave my daughter the attention she deserved. My daughter found her dress at this location and we live in Maryland, but because Heather was so great, I encouraged her to buy the dress from this location.
