Some of the staff at David's Bridal are a little more snooty then others (more the check in staff, when I came in to pick up my dress on 11.19.16). But when I had my appointment to find my dress on October 23rd, I had an absolutely amazing girl her name was Alyse and she was just so attentive and kind and patient and I absolutely loved her. Came in on a busy Saturday knowing more about what I didn't want than what I did. Jocelyn was extremely patient, listened to what I was saying and helped me and my sister-to-be in making choices for me to try. She was working with more than one bride at a time and I never felt like I was searching for her or not important. Any time I turned around she was there. This is our second trip in the last month, once for the Bride and then the Bridesmaid dresses. We had Melissa as our consultant both time. She's FANTASTIC! I've been to this location in the past for other occasions and was always pleased with the service we received.
