At first I would say my experience was awful ....I felt rushed with my initial appointment, I settled on a dress I thought was ok (I had my mother and sister from out of town for this one appointment and felt the sales associate was more concerned with girls and prom dresses than my scheduled bridal appointment. While she was busy with the girls and not bringing me dresses and mind you I tried on 5 not 25. My sister ended up hunting for my dress and brought me "The one." We went here for our bridesmaid dresses. We were hesitant because of prior experiences years ago but their new staff is amazing! Emilie was multitasking and was super helpful in assisting us find the styles and colors that work best and even offered to help with the grooms colors when it comes to it because of their partnership with Men's Warehouse. The Store Manager Jenna came over to check on us to ensure everything was going smoothly! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I worked with Lila and she was absolutely wonderful!! So incredibly sweet and helpful and very understanding and honest!! I had the best experience!! I would definitely recommend coming here to find your dress for your special day and request Lila!!
I went it today to look at my options. Lucy was exceptional and went above and beyond for me. She saved the best for last and I fell in love. She was amazing and as a manager, I would hire her in a heart beat.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of customer service I received at David's Bridal - North Dallas. From the help finding the perfect dress, the laughs, the compliments to the overall experience! I would definitely recommend this location to all the brides to be. We received excellent service here at David's bridal Albany with Yvonne and the floor manager Kay was very professional. We had undivided attention with out stylist!

My daughter and I shopped at about nine stores in Michigan & NC. We stopped at David's Bridal in the afternoon without making an appointment. They fit us in quickly. We a sales girl that was so slow we asked for someone else. Teresa J Franks was our new assistant and she was fantastic. She was excited for us, helpful, hardworking and fast.
