We had the sweetest consultant for our bridesmaid appointment. Great affordable dresses, mine was even on sale! We all picked our dresses in under an hour. Perfect experience!
I had an amazing time at David's Bridal in Johnson City! I came just to look at wedding dresses but thanks to Juliana, I found my perfect dress!! Everyone was extremely helpful and I can't wait to go back to get the bridesmaids dresses! Thank y'all for everything!
From initial phone call to set up my Bridal appointment all the way through the process of choosing"The Dress" these ladies are fantastic. I'd like to personally thank Debbie Souza for making the appointment scheduling simple and for explaining everything that would take place. The greatest of thanks though has to go to my Bridal Consultant Teresa, she was so patient and truly did everything possible to make my day perfect. ���
I didn't care for anybody that I personally seen there at first. My first time coming in I stood at the front podium waiting with my aunt and grandmother, 3 employees came up to the desk and did not say 1 word to me. I almost walked out on my appointment from lack of professionalism. I've worked in retail for years and whenever you see a customer you at least ask if they've been helped. I had an amazing experience yesterday with my bridal party at Davids Bridal in Dartmouth crossing. Debbie was amazing. She was professional, fun and successful in finding us all what we needed!!
Let's start with Karen who welcomed my friend and her daughter and her daughter's friends. She was warm and welcoming and so so accommodating to our needs for our search of the Sweet 16 dresses!
