I would have given it a 5 if it wasn't for the fact that the wrong dress was ordered for me at the beginning. Even though this happened, Megan in alterations made it work, she had the dress re-ordered in the size it should have been originally, she fixed the issues, made me feel so wonderful and did a perfect job on the alterations. Personable, and made me feel so comfortable. The level of customer service was superb. These girls saved the day for me. After my original wedding dress was ruined after bad alterations I had to find a dress that fit with just one week to spare. Everyone on this staff was so sympathetic and extremely helpful. Not only did I find a dress but I found the perfect one I can not wait to wear it on my wedding day!! Thanks is so much !!!

I dreaded trying on dresses due to being a plus size woman but once I got in and started trying on that all disappeared. Samantha was fantastic!! She was knowledgeable on what would look good on my body and was very professional and made me feel good about my choices. The prices were reasonable and I had a lot to choose from. I would definitely recommend David's Bridal to anyone...
