I took my daughter to shop for a wedding dress. Our appointment was at 11:00 and we were greeted at the door and everyone was so friendly. Paulette was our helper for the day and she was wonderful. We could not have been and happier with the service we received from her. She was such a huge help in picking out the perfect dress for my daughter. We will be back to get the bridesmaid dresses here also. Thanks again Paulette !!!!!

My main reason for choosing David's Bridal was because they are pretty much everywhere and I would be moving several times and traveling for my wedding. I was expecting convenience, but what I got was above and beyond amazing customer service. I ended up working with Jenny, and I'm sure all of the other ladies in the store are fantastic, but she has to be the absolute best. It was ok... They could work with you a bit more than they did. Not the friendliest either...we did find a dress that we liked, but wanted to check other places..They did not like that!!!
We had a wonderful experience. We had called ahead and set up an appointment the week before. It helped us and the fact that we had someone help us that was wonderful. I recommend setting an appointment a week before then go in on that day that way you are assigned someone to help you.
