Pattie was so amazing. The people I had come to my visit with me had such a great time. We laughed the whole time we were there! She had all the dresses that I had saved to my favorites printed out and ready to go. She also picked out other dresses that she thought would be a good fit for me. I ended up saying yes to a dress that I never thought I would wear! She was so patient and helpful during the visit. I went to the deptford location for my first bridal dress experience on Sunday and it was amazing!! I had an awesome consultant named Savannah who was super fun and listened to everything I wanted! She helped me every step of the way and gave me great advice. She made my time easy and fun! The first dress I put on ended up being my dress. She helped me find the perfect shoes and accessories. I would wanna schedule her for all my other fittings. The manager Taylor was also very nice and super helpful!
Our consultant, Lynette, was awesome! So patient, and listened to feedback! She did a great job of multitasking and moving us along in the right directions. It can get hot in the building so it was frustrating we weren't allowed to have ANY drinks on the floor. But we found 'the one' and it was successful!
I had a wonderful experience, my dress consultant, McKenzie was very helpful and easy to work with. I never felt pressured to try on or purchase anything that didn't fit my budget or was just not what I was looking for. We left with my beautiful dress ordered and lots of information on the next steps for the bridesmaids and groomsmen! I still have butterflies from the excitement and experience!

They went out of their way to make my daughter's wedding dress shopping and bridal party dress shopping an enjoyable experience the manager Dominique was wonderful would highly recommend this location.
First time I went in I had a fantastic experience the girl was sweet and caring and it actually made me say " not sure what all the other brides complained about." Welp, I spoke to soon of course. We ordered a dress with extra length and they ordered two sizes to big. Then they said they may not be able to get the other dress in on time before my wedding and that if not we could alter the bigger dress to fit me.
