I cant tell you enough at how fabulous these woman are. First we traveled to Asheville, NC to look at some Wedding Shops, when we couldn't find anything we ended up at Davids Bridal in Asheville, NC. My daughter tried on several dresses and the woman were great there as well. But we ordered her dress to be delivered to our Knoxville home where we knew we'd be taking it to be altered here in our home town. We got the dress and it wouldn't zip up in the back. Although the young lady were doing 2 parties at one time which slowed up the process. Didn't understand why because there were others that was able to assist. This is our 2nd visit to a David's Bridal and the first in Merrillville was not the same experience. They need to find more ppl who live doing their job
I had some really bad bridal experiences, and then I came in late on a Saturday and met Heather! She was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond and not just for me but for my bridesmaids! All of my girls left saying when their big day came they were coming back to David's to see Heather!!!

I met with Catherine Buckley in the Springfield shop and she was absolutely wonderful!!! I would like to thank her for everything! She helped me pick out the wedding dress of my dreams. She also was very honest with me in telling me which dresses looked good on me and which dresses did not! She was amazing and very patient helping me try on every wedding dress. I was so thankful to have her assist me, being it was my first time dress shopping. I had a wonderful experience and looking forward to working with Catherine again!
