I had such a great experience getting my wedding gown at David's Bridal I decided to become a part of their team! Loved my dress and the price of it all was very affordable! I will never regret getting my dress there! ☺️
Ok where do I begin, I walk into David's bridal in September found a dress (I was by my self ) the consultant who helped me want such a sweet heart brittany something happened where I did not end up getting that dress so in February I made an appointment for the 20th the day i said yes to the dress!!!! I've had a previous bad experience with David's Bridal and was originally going in with low expectations. However, I walked in with smiles and greetings, and great customer service. I don't think my experience would've been as wonderful as it was without the help of Mindy Wood. She got me started right away, asking questions about my big day, wondering if I had ideas about what I wanted, taking my measurements, etc. My every want and need was attended too, my questions answered, and my opinions taken into account. Excellent service! They literally find the perfect dress at your budget.. I went to the David's bridal in Port Orange, Altamonte and no one really seemed friendly and caring for what you wanted and needed. The girls at the front desk are friendly and help you right away! They have a large selection of dresses too.
Seriously have never had the best customer service anywhere else. Not only did I buy my wedding gown but have also gotten several bridesmaid dresses and other dresses here. I have always had wonderful experiences and the girls have been so helpful! I will continue to shop here!
I went in a couple of different times and worked with Lacey. She was so friendly and she treated me like family from the very beginning. She helped me with everything from 6 bridesmaid dresses to finding the perfect wedding dress on my 2nd visit. Due to some family emergencies we had to move my wedding up about 6 months so I went in and met with Lacey again and she took great care of me, and paired me with Rachel as she was busy with another bride at the same time.
