So glad I made an appointment, it was packed!! It was very overwhelming with so many choices but our guy was awesome at picking out a few, and one of them was the one!! Not something I normally would have chosen but it fit awesome and was beautiful! And in my price range! I took it home that day. I went in looking for a dress for my son's wedding. I did not have an appointment. Hannah (English accent ) was my consultant. Not sure what I wanted, Hannah was fantastic! She brought me several styles to try and understood I was very picky. She went above and beyond. I settled on a gorgeous dress that she ordered for me and gave me a great discount. Always good service but about had a stroke after the costs of the alterations. But the lady was awesome that's doing them.
I went to the Toledo store with a wedding party of 6 of us. We had just walked in from another bridal shop in town. None of us felt welcomed at the other store. The selection was so small and we felt rushed,even though we had a scheduled 2 hour appointment. Then...we walked in and saw Andrew!!!!!
