Very helpful staff who actually work together to assist customers. Great selection - picked dress from catalog, and the size and color I wanted was right there on the rack! Well done.
I received the best service from Julia. She was very knowledgeable about the dresses and accessories. She was very professional and friendly. I got all I needed in a timely manner. Julia is highly recommended.
My daughter and I had a wonderful, fun experience looking for her wedding dress yesterday. Our stylist Brenda R. was so nice, caring, and professional. Good selection. I did like the store size but it wasn't really set up for you to take people with you. It was only 2 spots to have brides walk out to. the employee that worked with me was a little pushy to get me to buy even though I wasn't sure about my dress (no I didn't buy it) but in fairness to her, I guess they do work off commission.
