It is more than necessary to post a special thank you to @sam who helped me find two flower girl dresses AND a dress for my mother to wear to a wedding in less than 30 minutes. I entered the shop 35 minutes before closing, and despite a long and tiring day of work, Sam still served me with a big smile and lots of patience! Sam, you have shown exceptional customer service skills and have taken a lot of stress off both me and my family! Thank you so so so much!
Received excellent care and attention when shopping for my wedding gown. The stylist Mindy truly had a passion for her job and gave me as well as my wedding party the most wonderful experience. I would highly recommend her and David's Bridal in the future. Found the dress of my dreams and for a great price. ❤️❤️❤️
Nicole lane is amazing- she helped me exchange two dresses for sizing just weeks before a wedding I was in. One dress was being discontinued and she tracked it down for me calling all the warehouses - thanks girl! You saved me!!!
Not big on customer service at this location. Long wait for assistance. Glad I called ahead days prior and knew they had the bridemaid dress I needed in the color for a last minute change in bridesmaids. Or I wouldve walked out. When we were finally helped we bought the dress off the rack they fixed the minor alternations on the spot, and the snags they couldnt fixed we recieved a 20% discount on in addition to $20 discount because bride purchased dress from there. In the end we got what we needed.
