This is from my mom's recent experience.. She had bought a dress for my upcoming wedding, and after a few months, tried it on again, and the dress no longer fit. She was so upset, bc she loved the dress, and now with the wedding so close she didn't know what to do. I told her to go to the store, knowing they could help. And I was right! We are what I call a "twilight wedding". We are an older couple getting married in our twilight years. I went to David's Bridal in Colonie Albany NY with an entourage, my sister daughter and friends. I choose my dress back in February of 2016 my bridal consultant was amazingly helpful and attentive, I wish I could remember her name she truly made it a fun afternoon. I decided recently I should have the dress adjusted due to it being snug in my arms and waited a bit longer then I probably should have, so I was a bit nervous thinking I may have waited to long to swap or alter the dress. So I thought I'd post about David's bridal in Langley as they've been getting a lot of negative reviews. I went in yesterday with my bridesmaid (no Appointment) to try on accessories with my dress. The welcome desk lady was pleasant and showed me to the accessories. She told me someone would be right over to help me. I went in on Sunday after a horrible experience with a small boutique. I'm a curvy woman as there was minimal inventory. Candace Was wonderful! She completely understood what I was looking for and listened to my dress critiques. She ended up finding several that I loved! My experience with Kelli ordering my BM dress was awesome! She order my dress and let me know every step of the way what was going on during the process. My dress arrived in enough time for me to have it altered & cleaned. It was perfect. I would use David's Bridal again for sure!
Suyen is truly amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my shoes were dyed and ready in time for my cousin's wedding day. I brought the shoes in 5 days before the wedding and she had them ready the next day. Great customer service! I appreciate her generosity and the help she has given me. Thank you Suyen!
