I had an appointment for 6 of my bridesmaids. They were ignored and my mom and grandmother ended up helping the girls into dresses and finding dresses on the racks. Then one dress came in and I never got a call about it. The girl ended up with her dress about 2 weeks before my wedding because no one bothered to let me know it was there until I finally called.
My experience today was great. I had 5 of my bridesmaids with me. She asked them each to pick 4 dresses but that we would only have 2 dressing rooms to use. Well, she managed to get us 4 dressing rooms to use, was awesome with finding the 3 choices in everyone's size so we could narrow it down to one. And had great customer service. I've been in customer service since a teen and I am very happy with our experience today. Let's see what delivery and alterations bring.
The third dress I tried on I knew was the one! The sales associate was decent but the alterations department was phenomenal!! I had to reschedule my appointments way too many times and they always worked with me but what made the experience amazing was Alice. My dress was ordered a size too big and she spent hours working with me and taking it in! My last appointment took three hours because she made sure it was perfect! I can't rave about her enough! A true gem.
Had the absolute best experience at Davids Bridal in EC! Mary, Jessie, and Julia found me the perfect dress for a wedding that I am in next month!! It was here way faster than I ever expected. I definitely recommend working with all three of these girls.
My daughter and myself had the best customer associate take care of us. Her name is Patty. She brought out 15 gowns and actually brought out the wedding gown my daughter liked the best without us even asking for it. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I would recommend shopping at David's Bridal.
