My consultant, Shaynna, was so incredibly amazing! I went into my appointment thinking I knew wanted I wanted in a dress. Once I walked in the door I was so overwhelmed that all I could do was wring my hands and go into what I assume was a mini panic attack. Shaynna immediately jumped in and took charge. I wasn't sure about David's Bridal after reading all the negative reviews but I still went there to look at wedding dresses for my upcoming vow renewal with my husband. I booked the day before on line and when I showed up I was greeted by a nice young lady at the check in desk who told me that my consultant, Deena, would be right out shortly so we went looking through the dresses while we waited for Deena, I had already picked out dresses on-line and saved them to my phone and it only took about 10 mins to find them in the s... read more

Caroline did a great job helping me find my dress! Great service and extremely friendly staff, Caroline was so patient with me and made sure I was happy before I left. Highly recommend!
We had read plenty of negative reviews, so were on the defense, expecting the worst. We were able to get in on a Sunday morning, right after opening, with no appointment. We didn't expect great customer service, but Jaymee and the rest of the staff were very attentive and helpful. They were as excited as we were to find the right dress. Hopefully, the rest of the bridal party has as much success and our alterations are perfect and completed on time.
I got my bridesmaid dress altered within 2 weeks. Alterations on shoulder and waist were perfect. The zipper on the dress was low quality and causing issues so Beth replaced it on the spot. She's amazing!
