Great selection! The lady who helped me with my dress was very attentive and super sweet!
I seen what y'all have and it's a great selection but I have a pic of a dress and wondered if y'all carry it or can get it.
I am being nice by giving three stars. The only reason I am doing so is because shopping and purchasing my gown and my bridesmaid's gowns was very easy, and my salesperson was great to work with. THE ALTERATIONS department, however, needs to practice some time management skills. I came in for a fitting in March, was told to pay in full for the alterations, and got a phone call the day before my final fitting (5/12) saying it wasn't done because a seamstress had called out. Love that place!! I found my wedding dress there plus helped lots of other find their dresses there too!! Great bridesmaid dress selection too!!
The sad thing is that with all the selection online, they only had a couple of the dresses I preselected. I understand that they can't stock everything they carry, but it was disappointing. Fortunately for me, they did have one of my favorites which looked amazing on me. After some haggling they agreed to match the online price, $150 less than they were asking. Do your homework.
