Today I had a wedding emergency. I'm a bridesmaid in one of my closest friends weddings and I had ordered a dress through Davids Bridal roughly 5-6 months ago. The first order they had the wrong ship to address, so that was cancelled and another order placed. However that changed the expected delivery date to 3 days AFTER the wedding. Obviously didn't work for me. So I called the Davids Bridal customer service and the woman on the line was saying basically there was nothing they could do, since it's a custom dress.
