Drove up from Twin Falls expecting to have a horrible time finding my dress. My wonderful mom and I found my perfect dress in under an hour, and enjoyed our time there. Our assistant was amazing and took into consideration that we know what we wanted and needed to stay in a budget. My only complaint was that I was told my dress was brand new "just out of the bag". Come to find out when we tried to alter it..that wasn't the case. My dress had been previously altered and then returned to the original size leaving visible snags... read more
This location is so professional, greeted from the moment I stepped a foot in the door, I've never waited each time I've visited. They helped me pick the perfect size. I even had a mishap with my dress, I'm not sure if it happened in transit on either side - didn't matter, they ordered a new one right away. Called me the moment it arrived. I was frantic , as was the bride when we saw unusual markings on the dress. But David's bridal in Waco was immediately on it and we were able to get a new dress on the fly- came in 10 days... read more
