From the moment I walked into this store I was welcomed with kindness and hospitality. Jillian was my CSR. She was patient, sweet and really listened to my wants and likes. She didn't push anything on me, She made me feel in charge, when I came there so unsure of what i wanted. She was very professional. I thank her for really making me feel special. At the time when I got engaged my mother was terminally ill, my fiance and I realized that we would did not have time to wait so we decided that in July 2015 we would get married sadly my mother would pass before the big day. I had 4 months to find a dress and unfortunately without applying rush shipment which would have cost an exorbitant amount more, other bridal shops in the area were not willing to work in my timeline. We started out with one consultant and she was incredibly rude and didn't listen to my sister at all, but the manager stepped in and changed our consultant to Tiara! We absolutely loved her!! The manager and Tiara completely turned the appointment around and my sister found her dress! We will definitely come back for bridesmaids dresses because of them!
I am really surprised at all the negative reviews here. I made my appointment to try on wedding dresses and went in for my 90 minute slot. Needless to say, Lisa was VERY helpful in helping me find the dress of my dreams after 4 hours of searching and changing dresses...Yes, she left a few times, but always came back, and always had her hands full of more dresses!
