Wonderful customer services at the north Olmsted location!! Kristy the stylist was amazing with my wedding dress, and each experience I've had there after thay have been wonderful. Clean and beautiful atmosphere. I don't understand the negative comments. I guess it depends on the location.
I'm only giving four stars because of the awesomeness of Shanell at the Preston location. ...She was very helpful in inputting all my bridesmaids information, that should have been done at the time of our appointment, I only found this out when one of my bridesmaids needed to be fitted and had no information to go on. Thanks again for saving the day!
I can't wait to visit them this year it's going to be a new experience for me trying on wedding gowns instead of bridemaids dresses.
