Everyone was nice. Found a beautiful dress. No problems. I think the should have better prices though not everyone has money to pay thousands for a dress

After hearing so many bad reviews about david's bridal, just thought i'd share my wonderful experience with them from beginning to end. They were amazing when i first started looking, even when i dropped in a few times to look again. The managers laura and joy were also very accomodating even allowing me to exchange my dress for a different size. I am very Happy with their service, including the alterations department. and i hope other brides get to experience a positive one with them as well.
