Went to this specific David's for both my wedding dress and my mother's Mother of the Bride dress and both experiences were AMAZING! I went in to try on wedding dresses May 2018 (with an appointment, highly recommend going this route) and our consultant was so awesome. She listened to what I wanted and was looking for in a dress and looked at the photos I had. The alternations department is amazing! Not only did they do a great job on my hemming and bustle (not other alternations needed) but they steamed my dress a week before my wedding at no additional charge. Our experience with trying on bridesmaids dresses was not as great. It was disorganized and the consultant kept bringing my girls the wrong sizes. When my girls called back to order the dress we settled on, they found she had not written down their sizes for any of the dresses we had narrowed it down to (there were three)... read more

The team at David's Bridal is amazing. I bought my dress from them 2 months ago. I had a specific request for an alteration to the neckline of the dress, which they couldn't do. I decided to try my luck elsewhere and had the alterations done elsewhere because the individual said she could alterbtje neckline. I picked my dress up today, and as it turns out she did not do the neckline alteration only taking it in. I paid a hefty price for this. My wife and I just visited the Lewisville TX store. We were welcomed with a smile by the manager Christine and also the sales representative Trinity. I am a Vice President of a local company and I train customer service all the time. These ladies are excellent!! Trinity worked with my wife with patience and made great suggestions. Whitney at the Austin location on Research Blvd is AMAZING! I went in knowing what dress I wanted, and she helped make my dreams come true! She gave us super helpful advice about the dress, fitting, alterations, and how above all else, my dress should make me feel confident.
