We bought a prom dress for our daughter at David's Bridal in Portage. Night before the prom, our daughter tried it on again, and the zipper broke! I called the store first thing Saturday morning and they asked us to come in as soon as possible, and they would get it fixed. We arrived at the store, and within 45 minutes a new zipper was put in, and her dressed was steamed and ready to go. We were helped by Adam today and oh my goodness he went above and beyond. Bought my dress AND most of the bridesmaids dresses today. He was so patient and helpful, answered all of my questions, made sure all of my girls felt special. I’ve never received service like this and I’ve been dress shopping so many times. Today I found THE dress and Adam personally made sure it was the perfect experience. I recommend David’s to anyone looking. They made my budget work and I got my dream dress!!

My daughter in law to be and I started with David's bridal for her wedding dress. We had Sasha for our stylist. She was fabulous!! She was super upbeat and so very helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and kept showing us different ideas that fit with our vision. Sasha chose head and waist accessories for her to try, giving us lots of different ideas.
