We came for my sister in law's wedding dress without an appointment and had a wonderful experience!! Jewels was great!! She spent about 2.5 hours with until her and she was so patient and very in tune with what it was our bride was looking for. And thankfully, we were able to find THE ONE!!!

Jessica was so helpful when looking for my bridesmaids dresses!! She was patient and kind when helping my girls with their dresses and was able to solve a problem when a dress we loved didn’t come in the color we wanted! We ended up loving the dress she pulled even more than the original one we liked!! Overall a very pleasant experience and when I go back with the rest of my bridesmaids I’m requesting her again!

Ashley Hudson, gave me the best experience when looking for my bridesmaids dresses. I had formerly purchased my wedding gown in Indianapolis. My representative was very rude and pushy, to the point I was in tears. Moving forward, I didn't know what to expect from the Mishawaka store. From walking into the store to leaving Ashley was extremely helpful and patient with my wedding party. Thank you so much Ashley! Job well done.
