My daughter bought a dress ten months ago but then lost some weight and decided that wasn’t the dress for her. Not only did they agree to exchange the dress and put the money towards a new one; Sydney was amazing in helping my daughter find the perfect dress! Excellent customer service

I had a terrible first experience here when a lady was very unprofessional. I decided to go to the one in Columbus to try on other dresses and found one I liked. I decided to order from this location so I wouldn’t have to make the drive to pick up the dress. So my wedding dress came in today. I went to try it on with A bridesmaid because her bridesmaid dress came in too. The dress did not fit how I had imagined, it was super uncomfortable.
