Glad to see that they're doing well enough there to turn away people that have cash ready to drop on their wedding gown. (I thought the whole point of a closing time meant they closed at that time??) Being treated so rudely when you're preparing for the biggest day of your life is a little shoddy. �
Was very upset first time I went in with the bride Danielle was her consultant she said she was working with another bride also but she gave my bride no attention whatsoever we were standing around waiting for her to come and change out the bride it got so bad that I was stopping other consultants to ask them to change her out thank goodness we found a dress always good but the consultant was awful. Never going back to the Westminster store. I will stick to Fort Collins where they know what Customer Service is.
Made an appt. & was given a "stylist" to assist us. What a joke! She coulda cared less what my daughter liked or didn't like. Offered no help at all other than putting dresses back. Not to mention the poor selection and cheap made gowns. Went to Elegant Bride only 15 mins away & was blown away with the service and quality of gowns. My daughter found her wedding dress, we all cried & had that "wow" experience you see on tv! Thank you Frankie @ Elegant Bride!

My sister and I went yesterday to look for my brides maid dress and to find her veil and shoes and to find my neice a flower girl dress. The lady helping us (I don't want to mention her name) was not very help full and had a bad attitude. When I was trying on my dress she just stood in the corner and stared at me and barley talked, my 7 year old neice and sister zipped up my dress half the time. Used David's Bridal for our bridesmaids' dresses. The dresses were beautiful and the perfect color, but 3 of the 4 did not zip up in the back. Maryn was always very friendly and helpful. A few of the times we went in, I felt like we were on our own and the customer service was not always present. At times I felt like a burden to staff.
My experience at David's Bridal on Argentia Road was amazing at the beginning the person who chose my dresses really knew what I was looking for and the experience made me feel very special then the alterations started First alteration visit we needed to take up the shoulders where the dress and sheer met from the back was showing in the front I asked them to remove the sheer in the front and add some of the flowers from the dress came back for second fitting where they attached the flowers there was hole and because of lif... read more
