I found a nice cocktail dress for my event, but they overbook for appointments. I had a different person helping me every time I came out of the dressing room. Also, there was a huge crowd there despite my making an appointment well in advance.
I had Laura as my stylist yesterday and the experience was AMAZING!!!! Thank you for helping me find the dress of my dreams!
The staff was not willing to help. They didn't move from behind the counter and told me that David's bridal doesn't carry what I liked. I had shown a picture. Then they laughed. They proceeded to talk about their time out at the boats.
Very rude staff. Hated my experience. I will NEVER go back, Davids lost out on not only my wedding dress and bridesmaids, but 3 other weddings as well. You can count on me making sure no one that I know or care about is EVER treated with the disrespect that we were.
