Thank you David's Bridal for making it right. I wasn't happy with my original experience so I did express my unhappiness and I was contacted by a very nice and professional manager and she truly listened to my issues and did her best to make it right. Just the fact that she cared enough to call a bride that was expressing her unhappiness and was sincerely compassionate and understanding made a world of difference. Spent over $1k at this place for my wedding and they dare get a BLACK INK STAIN on my dress. Didn't help me with my dress at all when I picked it up for alterations. Ridiculous. They're all nice and welcoming when you come in and buy a dress but once you complete your order it's all downhill from there.
Much better than trying to find a dress anywhere in Lacrosse and a whole lot cheaper. Didn't really get much help from the staff but was able to find a dress that I liked for 1/4 of what LaCrosse charges. Definitely need some costumer service skills in the store though. Told me where to look and walked away good thing my daughter was with to help me zip my dresses.
Rudest people I have ever met in my life. Horrible experience. Will never go back. Found the perfect dress at For the Bride in Fort Myers, Fl. Wonderful experience there. If you truly want the perfect wedding dress shopping experience then stay away from David's Bridal in Fort Myers, Fl. Employees could certainly use some training in manners and customer service!
Absolute WORST place to go for professionalism and quality care from START TO FINISH! TOTALLY RUINED the experience! Tried pushing me in a dress and pressuring me on bridesmaids dresses to the point of leaving. Idk how you sew a veil BACKWARDS (among several other things) but to crumple a $200 veil into a ball after its clean at bottom of dress bag is just POOR beyond words!
Finding my dress went great! The alterations lady is awful and made me want to cry and not come back.
Went today to pick out daughters wedding dress. Was great but i just wish we had not had to share the appointment with another bride. Really spread themselves too thin. When you spend this kind of money you should have the staff members undivded attention.
