I purchased my dress and veil at the store earlier this year with the intentions of getting married in June in a chapel. I had my first appointment in January 2017 at which time I purchased/ordered my wedding dress. I purchased a slip and a bra at that time as well. I went to pick up the dress and it had been ordered in the incorrect color, Davids Bridal was very friendly, they ordered the correct color, kept the incorrect dress and exchanged with no problems. I've been in this store twice, with my first experience with Jackie being amazing! I couldn't buy my dress that day and scheduled another appointment a little over a week later. My maid of honor and I walked in and dealt with the usual and were told that Katie would be helping us. As Katie comes towards us she tells us to, "hold on" and greets someone she knew from school. I went in the store with my bridesmaids and we discovered the dress we wanted. We were told that particular dress would take too long to come in (approx 2 mos). I was disappointed but I totally get it. A week later I went to a different location to look for another design that would work. I was told it would take over a month for the order to come in. worst customer service ever! go to any other davids bridal
The experience wasn't bad. The dress is beautiful but the quality and price for the dress was not worth it. I would have sooner gone to a small boutique where I found the dresses to be better quality for the same price. As well as alterations at David's bridal is way to much money for they do. My recommendation to all other bride's-to-be is go somewhere small where your dress will be made specifically for you, the quality will be better and getting more bang for your buck :)
Take your business elsewhere. You can only correct your "3 back to back mistakes" so many times. We spent plenty of money there. You either hear excuses, things that aren't true- one person says one thing and another person says another. Nobody is organized or on the same page. After driving 2 hours atleast 10 times and only having 2 successful trips. Highly disappointed.
