I went in to David’s Bridal a couple weeks back just to get an idea of what I wanted to wear on my wedding day. Ana was assertive and professional. Sarah was very helpful.. I bought my dress at the same location 5 yrs ago with a different stylist who was also very helpful and made the experience easy and fun.. now I’m buying my moms 50 wedding anniversary dress at the same location..
I said yes to the dress tonight! Brittany was so amazing! She was polite and honest! I would highly recommend asking for her if she is available! The whole atmosphere and time I had in David Bridal was amazing. Elaine and Baiya(not sure if I spelled that right, but she does alterations) even stepped in with opinions and options! Five stars to all three of them!
Diana was amazing help. Her character alone changed my entire mood! The entire staff was amazing!!!
This particular David’s Bridal in Massapequa had an employee that catered to my daughter in law to be, which enabled her to be able to say yes to the dress that day. We had a much different experience a few weeks ago at the Westbury store where the employee that my daughter in law to be,had an appointment with just left her there to put her own dresses back on the hangers, look on her own for more dresses, and couldn’t be found to ask questions. We all walked out in frustration that day.
I had a very good experience here. Grace waited on me and was very helpful and helped me find what I needed. She gave honest feedback and helpful tips. I was able to purchase a wedding dress and she helped my bridesmaids too. It was very reasonably priced and an overall good experience.
Always my go to spot when I'm in need. And the new upgrades look great!
