They were overbooked, i had no one helping me until i had pretty much found my dress thanks to my mother-in-law. And even when someone came towards the very end of my appointment they kept disappearing. What was really the point of an appointment? And when i first got there they had to reprint my info for me to fill out.

Drove 2 hours for my best friend (the bride) only to be scolded because I chose 3 dresses instead of 2 to try on. As if I knew what the protocol was? She was condescending and just plain rude. To top it off, the bride was under the impression that ALL dresses would be available to order before her wedding. Not the case! We had to decide on our second choice because the one we wanted was not available THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Quite unnerving and upsetting to say the least. I made an appointment and the person helping me was very nice but she was very overwhelmed she had two other brides and when I came out of the dressing room there were men walking around which is not necessarily the most comfortable thing wile trying gowns on. I am very confident in my body but that wasn't what I expected. I felt sad when I left and I went in so happy. I didn't even get to tell the consultant helping me bye because I could no longer find her they paged her to the front but she was so busy she didn't make it.

My daughter made an appointment for her and her 5 bridesmaids service was fine for awhile then they began to rush us. My daughter asked for a budget of $500 and the consultant brought dresses only from $800 to $1,200 which when she found her dress it was very disappointing. I being the brides mother was going to buy the 5 bridesmaid and 1 bridal gown that day but after everything was said and done we walked out 3+ hours later heartbroken

The only reason I am giving this a two is because Tyler saved the day. We came in for our 12 o'clock appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses, I had eight bridesmaids with me. We were not greeted and had to go up to the desk twice to find out what was going on with my consultants, after getting zero service and no one having any idea what was going on my girls and I decided to look for ourselves.each of my girls found dresses they liked and again we waited for our 12 o'clock appointment to begin, our appointment didn't start... read more

Terrible experience we had at Davids in lake grove. I had an appointment for my bridal party to try on dresses, they didn't have enough help. The lady helping us was back and forth between us and another party and we were there first, but it wasn't the ladies fault( she was very nice). On top of it David bridal does not do a deposit on any of the dresses.
