I shopped here for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses and they were very helpful both times! Knowledgeable, prompt and very friendly!! Hallie was who helped me with bridesmaids dresses and she worked hard finding everyone’s sizes in the styles we liked with a smile on her face the whole time! I went in to the store today to look for my wedding dress. Making the appointment online was so easy and checking in to the store was stress free. I was paired with Stella who works there. She immediately knew all the right questions and made me feel reassured we could find a dress in my size and budget. She was there every step of the way. Dana was such a great help tonight with picking out my wedding dress!! she instantly knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel beautiful in each dress I tried on. 😊 She was so patient with me and my family and even stayed over closing time!! After an aweful experience at another shop, Lai at David's saved the day! She was sweet and so easy to work with and really got what we were looking for.
Would recommend, but ONLY if you get Bonnie. This was going to be an awful review about how my mother and I were completely ignored by several employees sitting around and doing nothing, with only two other parties in the store during a slow time of day. We had to wait an hour and a half for them to "fit us in for an appointment", and by that time the store was packed and we were frustrated and disappointed. That is, until we met Bonnie!
