I've been here twice to assist a bride as a bridesmaid. Most recently was in the summer of 2013. You are ignored by most of the staff and have to flag down a consultant when you need her. No tours of the store are given and they don't tell you how the dresses are organized. At other stores you get to ring a bell and celebrate with the staff.
