I will NEVER shop at David's Bridal again by choice (of course if I am in a wedding and that's where they choose then so be it) however I will suggest shopping elsewhere. I have never received such horrible costumer service in my life... You would think that David's Bridal, would be very detail oriented since they are dealing with brides that can sometimes be neurotic and/or stressed trying to plan such an important day in their lives....
