From the first day ever coming into the store I've had nothing but an excellent experience. The first time I came into the store my family and I were looking for bridesmaids dresses and got to try them on that day and we feel in love. I had to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses found the one I loved and got it. When I came in to pick my dress up it was 3x to big so they had no problem getting my measurements and making sure they reordered the correct size. No extra cost or anything.
