I walked in for my roommate who has recently become engaged. I did not expect much from Davids Bridal, and on a busy Saturday, BUT Deb was freakin amazing. I was very pleased with my appointment at this location, although two associates at the check in table were going back and forth about something. I felt like that was unprofessional and should've been done out of ear shot of the clients, but that didn't damper my experience or rating . My stylist was Marley and she couldn't have been more awesome! I had three sisters, my mom, and a niece to come with me and I let each of them pick a dress for me to try on. I had such an amazing experience at this location while shopping for a wedding dress for a photoshoot. I am a wardrobe stylist in the DMV area and I came in to this store looking for a wedding dress on a tight budget. I thought as a man buying a dress not for my self that I would get the most minimal attention but I stood corrected by the stylist KIKI. When I went looking for my wedding dress for my wedding, I first went to the David’s Bridal in Danbury. After a little issue with my gown at the Danbury store, I turned to the David’s Bridal store in Yonkers. Alison the manager, Cynthia the bridal consultant who helped me with my dress, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the right dress for my big day. I've been to this location twice. Once looking for my bridal gown (which I ended up purchasing somewhere else) and a second time with 3 bridesmaid trying to find their dresses. Both occasions were great. I felt like I had personalized attention from my consultant. My only critique would be to have more chairs and seating. We were advised to "not move chairs" and were also forced to get up and stand (during the bridesmaid appointment) so a large group of 10 for a bridal appointment can take our place.
